M-Drol Supplement Review
M-Drol is the generic name for the anabolic steroid Superdrol, which is a synthetic illegal substance that will show up on numerous drug tests and also could have the potential to do major bodily harm to people who don’t use it properly. Superdrol is characterized by the nomenclature 2a,17a di methyl etiocholan 3-one, 17b-ol which also appears on the M-Drol label. M-Drol is a straight copy of the original Superdrol product from anabolic xtreme.

Superdrol (also M-Drol) might sound like an easy way to gain fast muscle, but it is low quality muscle weight that you will lose. Many guys experience the effect of gaining 20lbs of muscle..Read More at androcycle.com

Are you using the ultimate muscle builder supplements?

Best Muscle Builders Supplements

Before you pick a muscle builders supplements you want to have your diet and exercise plan ready to go. Without a proper diet and exercise plan you won't be able to grow, so make sure you follow a good one.  There are many free workout plans like this one available on the internet:   FREE WORKOUT PLAN

When you choose a good diet and workout plan, then you can move on to proper muscle builders supplements for gaining mass.  There are many muscle builders supplements available on the market and you can get lost with what to choose. This should serve as a guideline for what kind of muscle builders supplements to choose.

The most commonly used supplement that beginners start with is Creatine.  Creatine is one of the best muscle builders on the market because it can help a bodybuilder in three separate ways.  Creatine is one of the safest muscle builders supplements out there and has been studied since 1994 for safety.  Creatine builds mass by adding in an immediate water gaining or "volumization" effect to muscle. Also, creatine recharges ATP, which gives you more energy to perform. Finally, Creatine can block key enzymes that tear down muscle which will ultimately help you carry more mass.

 Amino Acids

Amino Acids are the second part of our muscle builders supplements.  Amino Acids are not the same as straight protein from meat or even protein shakes.  Actually, a recent study has shown that ingesting and amino acid supplement before your workout will help you gain 33% more muscle each time you exercise.  The amino acid Leucine is the most important anabolic amino acid.  You need this amino acid in almost every supplement you take.  Our favorite stack that has creatine, leucine and other amino acids is found here and will give you all of the basic building blocks for muscle growth:   THE PERFECT STACK

This stack is amazing because it gives you protein, creatine and amino acids for growth and is the best stack for the beginner who wants to put on tons of muscle while staying away from anything hormonal.

 The Next Step

If you want to take your workout to the next level, you need to look at something stronger like an herbal testosterone booster or natural herbal androgen.  These two ingredients optimize the hormones of the natural athlete by increasing testosterone levels.

Testosterone boosting is going to help you increase aggression and muscle mass when in the gym.  You can boost testosterone naturally, using herbs and other supplements that boost your testosterone naturally.  Unlike steroids, these don't screw up your normal production of testosterone, they actually signal your body to make more testosterone.  The most popular testosterone booster on the market can be found here:   THE BEST TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER

If you want to go a step further, you can use natural herbal androgens. These ingredients are going to act like testosterone in your body and give you the natural boost in mass and strength that comes from steroid use, without being on anything that is a steroid.  You can be confident that these are not going to cause you to piss hot on a drug test. You can use these to give yourself a natural gain of 6-8lbs in a month.  A great natural steroid replacement and muscle builders supplements can be found here:   THE BEST STEROID REPLACEMENT

 Steroids...legal and illegal

Steroids are the holy grail of all sports supplements. They are still available on the internet, in gyms and in many countries they are not considered illegal.  Anabolic steroids are able to put on 10-12lbs of mass in one single month and can certainly be the best muscle builders for people wanting to get big.  People should be over 21 before they take any kind of steroids because these muscle builders supplements are not natural.  Also they can cause you to fail a drug test if you are an athlete or tested professional.

Most steroids are illegal in the US, but there is one still legal steroid that you can take, which will help you boost your testosterone levels and give you massive gains in the gym.  This steroid is available without a prescription and can be a huge benefit for the experienced athlete looking for the best muscle builders supplements on the market.

You can find these legal steroids HERE:

Now that you have the basic muscle builders supplements, you can choose which one is right for you and start to put together your own program for putting on tons of mass.  Remember all muscle builders supplements are subject to proper diet and exercise and nothing will replace hard work, so you need both to succeed...

5Hr Energy
"5Hr Energy" shots are (IMHO) great (any of their 5 different variants). One of their 2oz bottles contains roughly the same ingredients as a regular 20oz can of an average energy-drink, except it's got about 1/10th the water. This makes them much more portable than your average 20oz canned energy drink but the flavor is a bit strong for some people.

I tend to use the "decaf" version (note that even their decaf version has -some- caffeine) but sometimes I need the extra kick of their normal version.

They also have a double-strength version. I've only used that kind once. It kept me VERY wide awake for about 8 hours but it was a bit too much caffeine in one gulp for my liking... If I want to stay up that long in the future, I'll probably use two of the standard strength bottles and take them about 4hrs apart.

All of the 5HE shots advertise that they keep you from "crashing" when they wear out. I'd say it's true. When I use them, at the end of their effectiveness, I feel like I'm reaching the end of a long work day -vs- feeling like I suddenly need to sleep for 16hrs+ like I've felt with some standard "energy" drinks.

Most places that carry them around here charge $3 each. They also come in 2 and 6 packs for about $5 and $13 respectively. I've also found occasional sales on the web where you can get them for about $1 a bottle, but you usually will have to buy 24 (or more) at a time to get that kind of rate.

Anyone else tried them? What's your experience?

Energy drinks and mental issues
First off, I suffer from bi-polar type II.  For those not in the know, one of the symptoms causes a person to be "manic", or a hyperactive state of energy, inspiration, and creativity.  The opposite is depression, where a person can feel perpetually lethargic, indifferent to life, and occasionally suicidal.  Usually there is an in-between state of relative balance, but it depends on the person.

The reason I bring this up is because I've tried using energy drinks to counteract the effects of a depressive state, or enhance a manic state.  When I was in a depressive state (feeling tired and lethargic), the consumption of an energy drink would usually have no effect whatsoever; sometimes I could fall asleep right after one.  However, when in a manic state, same drink would cause an energy level like a rocket to the stars (pardon the pun).  I recall one time I had to exit the car I was riding in and take a run around the block just to burn off the excess energy.  Either way, the excessive use of energy drinks would mess with my sleep patterns in a way that would take me weeks to recover from.

Since bi-polar is believed to be a chemical imbalance in the brain, the use of energy drinks would only cause me to be MORE imbalanced.  Recently, I got a hold of ten cans of  "Lost Five-O" which I consumed in about two weeks.  Upon reflection, those were the most miserable two weeks I'd had in a long time, because I was going through a depressive state and the drinks would simply mess with my rythms even more.  Since figuring this out, I have curtailed the use of them to times when I am relatively "normal", and only use them occasionally as a treat.  Now, I am much more "balanced", though I still crave them for their flavor, if not their effects.

I am not currently on any medication.  In fact, I've used energy drinks as my own form of ghetto therapy; a crutch of sorts to help me through the hard times (or grease the easy times).  This may have given me some small advantage, since certain medications may react badly to that amount of caffeine, taurine, guarana, or whatever other chemical one might find in their favorite concoction.

What I've just posted is from my own experience, but research and other anecdotal evidence seems to back me up:

http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/article_1541.shtml  (Note that the FIRST suggestion mentions energy drinks)

I mention this to ask if anyone here has any similar stories.

Just joined. I actually just started my journal to review energy drinks after realizing I have tried over 50+ of them. I see a lot of people mentioning Redline... Anyone had Cocaine? Not nearly as potent, but the burning sensation is definitely bizarre. Anyone do energy shots? (5 hour energy, crakshot, etc...) I think the most potent drink I've had is Wired X505. It has more caffiene than any other drink I know of... if you can find one, I'd love to hear about it! 505mg is no joke. I knocked back the Redline without worrying about the servings... I was fine. The Wired... not so much. Hah.

Anyway, feel free to add me as a friend. I'll probably be updating with a new review once a day. So far I've only posted RedBull, but there's sure to be quite a few more coming. And of course I love recommendations.

Small Soda Company Needs Help!
Hey alllllll! [Mods, if this is inappropriate, please feel free to delete it, and I apologize in advance. ^^;]

I'm an intern for a small beverage company, High Voltage Beverage Company, who produces VOLT energy soda, and VOLT energy drinks. The company is in the process of reinventing their brand, and they want to involve the consumer in this process. :)

As an intern at High Voltage, I've created a fan page on Facebook where consumers can go, learn about the products, and get involved in the new image of VOLT.

That page is located at:

What you will find on there is information about the brand, official VOLT videos, promotional images, as well as interactive items such as fan submitted photos/videos, a survey on the new bottling options for VOLT energy soda, and if you become a "fan", you can email us with your address and we will send you a free product sample.

P.S. If you see this multiple times, I apologize, I'm X-Posting in a few places.

Does anyone else drink this? I've found that it's VERY potent, but still tastes pretty good. There's a bit of an aftertaste, but it's not that bad. The warning label is entertainingly long.

Some excerpts: "Use of this product may cause your skin to be extra sensitive to UV sources," "Do not use this product if you are more than 15 pounds over weight," "Do not use if you have heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression or other psychiatric condition, glaucoma..."

Juiced-up greeting from Denver
What up everyone.  Thought I'd drop in and say hi.  For the most part, I don't like the taste of energy drinks, using them mostly as a delivery system.  But there are three:  Rockstart Juiced (guava...always the guava)  and Monster Java, any flavor, and "Bing", made from Colorado cherries.  Very VERY tart, like drinking a cherry pie my grandma used to make.   Is it available anywhere else or are we lucky enough just to have it to ourselves?

Up until two years ago, I was a non-believer in energy drinks overall, thinking them a bunch of snake oil.  Boy, was I wrong!   Not only do they taste awesome (I'd drink them even if they weren't energy drinks)  but they WORK.  Other energy drinks just made me jittery, but for some reason, whatever ingredients are in these really push me forward.   I can think clearer, my body and mind move faster.  My creativity and desire to perform in work are also increased.  My performance overall is enhanced in mind and body.  I just wish it were available in pill form, three bucks a pop can get expensive.

Earlier this summer I learned my lesson in overdosing.  I survived on Full Throttle, Rockstar Juiced, and Monster for two weeks straight as I worked to get some projects done.  After a while they stopped having any effect on me, but the crash lasted three weeks.  Now I only do one or two a week as the cravings come, as opposed to forcing myself to drink them to stay awake.  They also have an effect on my sleeping patterns well beyond normal, so I have difficulty keeping a regular schedule.  Small price to pay, IMHO.

I've been considering throwing an energy drink party, mixing up a bunch of concoctions for my friends and enjoy the results.  Maybe see if I can get some stuff shipped in we otherwise wouldn't find in our locale.  Anyone ever do this and got recipes to share?  I'd had Jager  bombs and wasn't impressed, I like my delivery system to actually taste decent.

P.S.  As I type this, a Red Bull commercial is playing :p

Anyone know where I can find the XXL Monster with a resealable top on it? I've been looking for it forever and I'd love to have it, even if it's just the can you have. Thanks!

Thai Red Bull?
I was wondering if anyone here could tell me where I might be able to get some of the Thai version of Red Bull (Kratingdaeng) in the US. I used to be able to get it at a little Vietnamese grocery near where I live, but they haven't carried it in years. Any help is appreciated.

Energy Drink Buyer's Guide
BevNET has just made their 2007 Energy Drink Buyer's Guide available online here: http://www.bevnet.com/news/2007/04-10-2007-energy_drink_guide_free.asp

It lists over 150 different drinks with a listing of its flavours and manufacturer information. It's nice to get a view of what's out there. It also has some nice statistics on the market, and the ads are pretty too.

Community looks pretty slow...

I just joined.
I actuly hate energy drinks.

Well... most of them.

I couldn't ever stand the taste of them, to me they taste like cough syrup.

I got involded with Quixtar.com about 2 years ago and wasnt to sure of there energy drinks (Xs), but I tryed them and they are amazing. The rootbeer tastes like rootbeer. Cherry tastes like cherry. Cola tastes sorta like Pepsi, better tho.

They are the only doctor reccomended engery drink that I know of, they are the #1 American made energy drink and they are #2 in the world (only with Redbull beating them internationaly).

They have less caffeine they most sodas. And some flavors come in caffeine free. (which they taste the exact same)

0 Carbs
0 Sugar
8 Calories

The engery comes from the B Vitamins like most energy drinks but the diffrence is they rely almost entirly on B vitamins for the energy.

B3 - 100%
B5 - 100%
B6 - 300%
B12 - 4900%

They are a great way to start off the morning.

I buy a ton of energy drinks every week but it drives my mom crazy saying that theyre so bad for you. Do you think they are worse than something like pepsi? everyone knows that pepsi is bad for you (esp if you want to lose weight etc) but does redbull have the same effect?
